I would have to ask for a favour regarding the briefing - could we maybe also include the 2 escape routes from the first two chicanes, and where/how to navigate them safely? Because well, we have them, and they work, so i think that they should be covered/used by the stewards and us. Last time around it happend a few times that some car´s locked up into the first corner, ore braked to late and just straightlined it through the styropor walls. Which only clatters the racing line and gives those who abuse this an unfair advantage.
We have to daw back the 46 LMP1 for the Monza race. Was not an easy decision, but personal reasons result in to less drivers and not enough preparation-time to navigate the car safe through the traffic. It´s to dangerous to drive this car with not enough training and we don´t want to ruin someones race just because we had not enough training. GL and HF to everyone.
Hi all. Can any admin lets me create a new chanel on Team Speak? I don't have permissions for that. Thanks.
Admin Post Info for all who are streaming their races. You have to make sure that you as well as all other persons in your Teamspeak or Discord channel or your viewers behave in a respectful manner. If we get knowledge about verbal or written attacks against other drivers of P1-Gaming, our stewards or the organisers, we will remove your car immediately from the race. The same will happen if you show login information (e.g. join link) of any kind.
the join link has been provided via PM to the team chef´s. It is the same link ( as for now) as it was for the whole season so far. So you can use the old join link which you used in Road america and Nürburg.
#7 here. I was caught out by the fact that we needed a link instead of being able to look up the server name (like previous rounds). I joined one minute late. Is there any chance for our car to be let into the session?
I don't know if there's anything that we can do besides filing reports but the level of @#$% driving by some LMP1 teams in particular is getting next level. Flashing, diving, forcing drivers off-line, seems to be mandatory at this time. Racing is more than driving your own race, it is also about sharing the track with others and having some respect doing so.
This is one of the hardest tracks on the calendar for multiclass racing, but I have to agree with Corne. There were drivers out there doing it right, but that LMP2 coming up to T1 behind me flashing his lights, me lifting 100m before the brake point and him still not able to even get alongside in the braking zone, only for him to flash his lights again at me at the exit of T1 was particularly embarassing. This has nothing to do with skill level, it just shows bad preparation and carelessness. About our race: margins at the front of the GTE field were once again small. Put it on P5 in qually, while slightly improving my PB. Start was good, fast reaction and jumped up to P3. We were doing more fuelsaving than others and still keeping the leader on the horizon, but at our 2nd pitstop we lost almost 25 seconds due to an occupied pitbox and fell back to P6. We quickly got back up to P4 and gained back P3 on the last pitstop cycle due to the fuelsaving we have been doing. In the end we're happy with P3, only P1 in the championship got slightly away from us, but with less than 5 seconds to P2 and 16 seconds to P1 at the finish we were left wondering what could have been.
Difficult race full of bad luck for the 3 cars of our dr SRP racing team. car #140, car 189 hit us from behind on lap 3 in turn 1 and sent us to the last position and then after climbing positions a lmp shot and annoyed the race. car #210, a car crossed in the last corner we ran into it and broke the engine, end of the race. car #220, this is the one that annoyed me the most, we went into the garage to refuel and we had a car stopped in our garage and we got in so low on gasoline that our engine stopped waiting for the other car to leave our place that no longer we were able to refuel and we had to leave the game and re-enter with 4 less laps... anyway... the cars occupying another box or sharing is a huge shit. Regards and see you at the spa.
